Harvest is a busy time and most of the meals are eaten on the go. This day we actually had time to enjoy a break and a picnic beside the field. Luckily the road we put our picnic blanket down on doesn't see much traffic. It gives us time to get to some of the other jobs like cultivating and doing scraper work, repairs, hauling grain to the elevator and such.

She is getting very eager to start playing and gets all excited when we put some brightly colored toys or storybooks in front of her. It won't be long till she is sitting and playing and I can read books to her too.
