Site #2

We got the permit last Friday, and Monday morning ( Jan 19) we got to work on this site. After Monday we were a bit discouraged because all we got done was some dirt moving, which took all day due to various circumstances, and the house marked off so the digger could work on digging the trenches on Tues. After that things went a little better and we laid the rebar for the footer and got that poured.

The view from this man's yard is amazing. He can see all the way to Mexico! which is actually not all that far away, but the mountain views all around are great.

Once the foundation was poured we got right to work setting up the forms for the stem wall, and got that poured on Friday morning, even though there was some rain around.
