Christmas 2012

 We had a great day with our family on December 25th.  We started out with lunch and with 19 people present for that, our dining room table was stretched to the max, plus we set up some of the little ones at a table off to the side (they were quite happy with that arrangement).  Once lunch was done we headed to the basement for the rest of our celebration. 
 It started out with Papa Kerry telling the Christmas story with the help of the grandkids.   Afterwards was time to look into the stockings and see what was inside, and then on to the gifts that were piled under the tree. It was fun to watch as each little one opened their gifts, each in turn and we got to see the joy and excitement on their faces.  It was a busy noisy fun time.  Once the gifts were done it was time to play, relax, visit and eat some more.  We watched a video from Christmas past, and yes, we have all aged. 
 We took some family pictures.  We now number 17 total and hadn't done a family picture for some time so it was nice to be able to do that.
 I also needed a picture of Papa and me and all the grandkids that I am so proud of and love.    It was a great day and we are blessed with our kids, grandkids and all the good things from God's hand, especially His great gift through His Son.
